When you first burn your ECOYA candle, burn it until the wax pool reaches the edge of the glass. This will ensure your candle always burn flat.

Always trim your wick, every time you light your ECOYA candle. Discontinue burning when you have 1cm or less of wax in your ECOYA candle.

Always place your ECOYA candle on a heat resistant surface. Do not leave your ECOYA candle unattended and keep away from children, curtains and pets.

Do not burn your candle for more than three hours at a time.

Freight is FREE on orders over $750 excl GST. All orders under $750 ex GST are charged $15 freight.

There is no freight on back orders. Freight can be waived under special circumstances, please contact your ECOYA Business Development Manager for more information.

Once an order is ready to be dispatched, it is placed in the queue to be picked and packed.
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of being placed in the dispatch queue.
