Price and Pack Size Increase Effective 16 April 2026

Please see below on some key updates from ECOYA. 

RRP Update

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and local manufacturing, we regularly review increases across raw materials and freight costs. Following careful consideration, we have made the decision to adjust the recommended retail pricing on a select number of products.

We believe these changes will further cement ECOYA’s position within the competitive set as a best-in-class brand for natural, high-quality products, while continuing to deliver strong value to the consumer.

 Effective 16 April 2026, RRPs will be updated as outlined below. Importantly, we are sharing this price increase with you — while RRPs are increasing on selected products, wholesale margins will be maintained, supporting your continued profitability and providing a positive opportunity for sales growth.

Pack Size Update 

Effective 5 March 2026, we will also be increasing the pack size across the following fast-moving SKUs:

• Mini Diffusers
• Diffuser Refills
• Plug-In Diffuser Flasks
• Mini Madisons (from October 2026)

These packs will transition from inners of 4 units to inners of 6 units.

This change is based on strong order volumes across these SKUs and is designed to create operational efficiencies, improve stock availability, and reduce the frequency of shipments.

As a certified B Corp, this initiative also supports our ongoing commitment to improving our environmental footprint by optimising packaging and freight efficiency.
