Shipping
All orders over $750 excl GST are free. Orders under $750 excl GST will incur a freight charge of $20 (VIC), $25 (NSW), $40 (WA), and $30 (QLD, NT, SA, TAS).
Once an order is ready to be dispatched, it is placed in the queue to be picked and packed.
Orders received before 12pm AEST are sent to our warehouse for next day dispatch. During peak trading periods this may extend to three days between order receipt and dispatch.
Delivery times do vary based on delivery address and during peak sales season, can be longer. Below is a rough guideline on how long it will take from the time it leaves our warehouse:
- QLD: 4-5 working days
- NSW: 2-3 working days
- VIC: 1-2 working days
- SA: 2-3 working days
- WA: 4-5 working days
- TAS: 5-6 working days
If you are on a credit hold, you may be required to pay for your order upfront before being released into the queue.
Delivery Tracking
You should receive tracking links from Mainfreight. If you haven't received them, please reach out to your Business Development Manager to confirm that we have the correct email address on file. Additionally, these tracking links may occasionally be sent to your junk or spam folder, so please check there as well.

Returns & Credits
If you are returning stock, please contact your ECOYA Business Development Manager to advise that it is to come back so they can let the ECOYA Customer Service team know to book a courier for pick up. Your ECOYA Business Development Manager are not to collect any good stock, only QC or damaged items.
Once the stock has been received and processed at the ECOYA warehouse, our accounts team will apply the credit to your account.
Credits are processed weekly, please contact your ECOYA Business Development Manager if you are unsure if a credit has been processed on your account.

For credits pertaining to price discrepancies, please send to accountsreceivable@ecoya.com
Once a credit is placed on your account, a copy of the credit is emailed automatically by the system to your nominated email address, as well as showing as a record on your account information page.
